Sales Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Should you be dissatisfied with our service in any way you may request a refund within the first 30 days of service*. We reserve the right to deduct PayPal fees from any refund of services in which PayPal transactions were conducted. Amounts for Setup Fees, even if waived, will not be refunded unless there is legitimate cause for dissatisfaction. Pricing issues are not considered under the dissatisfaction policy. We reserve the right to refuse any refund. All payments are to be made in U.S. Funds. Money order, Cashier's Check, or Certified Bank Checks accepted. Sorry, no personal checks accepted. We will activate your world or path lease immediately upon request and allow 10 days for receipt of payment. World Hosting customers may cancel service at any time and receive both the propdump and attribdump files of your world. Only cancellations made within the first 30 days of activation will receive refunds. Monthly payments are due in advance of the month's services. In other words you pay for July during the month of June. WCOL Path Leasing customers must maintain our citizen number as one of their world's caretakers at all times. For customers in Universes other than Active Worlds, a current citizen account must be provided to Heartfall in addition to the normal Path fees so we may access your world. Cancellation of service may be requested by customer at any time. We must have current caretaker access in order to remove the path and password from your world during cancellation. Only cancellations made within the first 30 days of activation will receive refunds. Deduction of setup fee from may apply in refunds. Private Avatars Folders order will be deleted upon cancellation of service. We only return avatars with a paid avatar return fee to compensate for time. Please keep copies of all avatars sent to us to avoid this fee. Heartfall will not host Worlds containing X-rated material or links. Heartfall reserves the right to hold worlds "closed"
