This License grants User right to the use of the avatar model(s), gesture sequences and textures,  within one (1) 3D World owned or occupied by the User and registered with a Master or Deluxe License.

    It is understood that multi world usage of individual riders requires the purchase of a multi-world License and that riders may only be used in worlds registered with a valid Master or Deluxe License.

    User Understands and Agrees that individual avatars may only be Licensed for use in 3D Worlds which are registered Master or Deluxe License holders.

    User Agrees to use due diligence to protect all files at all times and Agrees to password protect all zip files containing these models, gesture sequences and/or texture mask files.

    User may not alter files in any way.

    User Agrees not to provide any third party copies of any of the files covered under this Agreement. 

   The term of this License is in perpetuity and will remain in effect providing User has not violated any portion of the terms of this agreement.

    The Licensor shall have the right to terminate this License immediately without notice, at any time, for violation to any portion of this Agreement.
