Limited Use License Agreement

This following is a lawful agreement between you the user and Heartfall Productions 3D Studio, hereinafter called Heartfall Productions. Your use of our Models, Avatars, Graphics and other Creations, constitutes that you agree to the complete terms, conditions, stipulations, restrictions, authorizations, and limitations of our product licensing.

All Heartfall Productions 3D models are protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States, International Copyright Laws, Treaties and Covenants.
Heartfall Productions reserves all rights, copyrights, titles and interests including but not limited to, original designs.

Heartfall remains the owner of all products at all times. Your purchase or download of a free product allows you a Limited License for Use as described herein.

Conditions of License

Purchaser agrees to password protect all custom avatar rwx files, custom model files and custom seq files and to use their best efforts to maintain their private use.

Purchased items are licensed for single world use private worlds, owned or operated by the person ordering unless a multi- world use license has been purchased. Multi-World use licenses allow the use of the items purchased in more than one world, all password and other file protection procedures apply.

Items posted by Heartfall Productions as FREE are allowed multi-world use. All other conditions apply.

No alterations, changes, re-texturing or conversions permitted.

Distributing, sales, publishing, combining to collections, offering or transferring of files either for free or commercial resale is prohibited.

Terms of License

All Licenses issued are non-exclusive use of the avatar, model and/or seq file(s) for use in one (1) world, owned or operated by the purchaser unless a multi-world use license has been purchased.

All Licenses are nontransferable.

No warranties are expressed or implied. All items are used at user's own risk. Heartfall Productions assumes no responsibility should use of any items have any ill affects on your system whatsoever.

Heartfall Productions reserves the right to modify any and/or all terms and conditions of this License Agreement at any time for any purpose. No modifications to this License Agreement are permitted unless signs in writing by Heartfall Productions.
